Hey all!
This week, we start off with a really well-done video talking about the 5 best debut alums from the 1970s. The account Professor of Rock has a really good breakdown of the five first albums, all of which are iconic now.
If you follow me, you know I am a huge fan of the Canadian band Rush, who are not featured on this list. Rush's debut album (Rush) was good, but not like these other ones. Their 4th album, 2112, was where they took off, and Neil Peart wasn't even their drummer/lyricist at that point. Their omission from this list is understandable.
I can't tell you how happy I am that they included the #3 debut.
Also tonight is a classic riff from The Mads Are Back, Trace Beaulieu and Frank Conniff! Here, they revisit their classic MST3K days with one of the most nefarious shorts ever riffed, Mr. B Natural.
