President Trump, Week 45

Here's this week's list of incompetence coming from President Trump and his White House for the week beginning Monday, November 20th to Sunday, November 26th.  This is likely not all of the Trump team's transgressions, but it's most of them.

The disclaimer:  if the letter next to the President's name was 'D' instead of 'R', everything on this list would've warranted a stern and/or mocking press conference from the Republicans.  Many of these infractions would've triggered Congressional reviews and committee hearings, and a few would've lead to impeachment proceedings being initiated.  Instead, the Republicans are choking down the most inedible Thanksgiving dinner in history, trying to smile through grimaces of pain, talking about how it's the best they've ever had.

No Pepto for you!  On with this weeks list!

• A Politico report states Trump was first approached by Russian agents in 1987 when he opened up discussion with Yuri Dubinin for a Moscow real estate project. Trump first had appeared on the KGB's radar in the late 1970's when he married a Czech model, Ivana.  Dubinin lured Trump to Moscow in 87 for a "classic cultivation exercise," wining and dining him with grand hospitality.  They would get the target drunk, and then blackmail them with accusations of activity they may, or may not have, participated in.  Dubinin eventually became a Soviet Ambassador
  
• Special Council Robert Mueller's investigation has made a large document request from Attorney General Jeff Sessions and the Justice Department is regards to whether Trump was obstructing justice with his attempts to halt investigations
• Trump's war on black athletes continues as he goes after Oakland Raider's running back Marshawn Lynch for engaging in his Right to Protest and Freedom of Speech, when he knelt during the National Anthem of his game on Sunday
• Trump's tweet attacking Lynch contained the demand the NFL suspend Lynch, meaning once again Trump is ordering a private business to reprimand employees he disagrees with
• Trump's tweet attacking Lynch contained lies about the NFL's ratings and attendance.  Both are average or up slightly 
  
• Trump's tweet attacking Lynch was spurred by a Fox & Friends segment where they condemned Lynch's kneeling.  Their comments were aped by Trump.  How dangerous is it to have such an easily manipulated man in the White House
• Eric Trump (Tweede Dum) insisted his dad is "not playing around" when it comes to national security.  He said his dad will "protect the free world against lunacy."  So he's resigning?
  
• Due to her "hectic schedule," First Lady Melania Trump will be receiving the official White House Christmas tree earlier than usual, the Monday before Thanksgiving, as opposed to the traditional Friday after Thanksgiving
• Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin says it's a compliment to be compared to a Bond villain
• Trump won't be happy with the current polling for Time Magazine's person of the Year.  He currently is trailing Taylor Swift (Tay-Tay!), the Mayor of San Juan Puerto Rico Carmen Yulín Cruz and the #MeToo movement.  If there is a God, please let San Juan's Mayor win.  Trump would be FURIOUS!
  
• First Daughter and White House staffer doing...something(?) Ivanka Trump apparently disagrees with her father's dislike of the New York Times, tweeting a link to the paper
• Former Senior Presidential Advisor and disgusting human Steve Bannon insists Trump's 'insurgency forces' (???) are what's forcing Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's hand
• British Music Publicist Rob Goldstone, the man who actually set up the Trump Jr. (Tweddle Dee) meeting with the Russians, insist Trump Jr. knew exactly what the meeting was about and was eager to have the meeting.  Goldstone is offering to testify to the Mueller investigation
• Conservative Groups are stepping up to help a mostly vacant Mar-A-Lago, Trump's country club in Florida.  Mar-A-Lago has seen a massive cancellation of events, due to charitable organizations not wanting to appear partisan.  Conservative groups are vowing to fill the void, creating events just so they can be hosted at Mar-A-Lago, and in turn giving a wealthy man more money (as opposed to spending that money in more needy communities)
  
• A trial is beginning in Washington DC of a journalist who was rounded up in a massive purge of protesters during the Trump Inauguration.  Even though the journalist, Alexi Wood, had valid press credentials and was known to be at the Inauguration to cover it as news, he's being tried as a protester
• The great Nepotism Administration!  Family members of at least 20 Trump allies got Administration positions, most of whom were no where near qualified for the positions they were awarded.  Classic draining the swamp...
• The White House released the latest estimate of the cost of the opioid epidemic and it's 500 billion dollars, six times more than previously thought.  This after Trump's commitment to fight the opioid curse is to revive the failed 'Just say no' campaign
• The City of Palm Beach is requesting Trump use a helicopter to get to Mar-A-Lago, instead of a motorcade.  Apparently Trump's motorcade leads to hours of backups in the community
  
• Texas Republicans are upset the Trump Administration has designated so few dollars for hurricane relief in their state
• Apparently some world leaders, when dealing with varied issues, are outright sidestepping Trump and doing business directly with Democratic governors and mayors
• Forbes' Federal Budget Expert, Stan Collendar, condemned the Trump tax bill being pushed through Congress, calling it "the end of economic sanity in Washington"
  
• Nebraska approved the Keystone Pipeline through their state, even after a spill last week in South Dakota.  The big problem for Keystone is that Nebraska did not approve the route Keystone wanted, rather shifted the line much further east to prevent imminent domain from having to be used on people's land.  Where this puts Keystone, a pipeline Trump loves, remains a mystery
• Troop casualties are up in 2017 under Trump.  Is Trump responsible?  His policies are putting more troops in harms way, so to a point yes, but regardless, if this was a casualty increase under a Democratic President, the Republicans would be making a big deal
• National Security Advisor H. R. McMaster had an honest assessment of Trump when he talked to a tech CEO.  McMaster called his boss an "idiot" and a "dope," adding Trump has the smarts of a "kindergartner."  I'd laugh, but that is freaking terrifying to think about
  
• With Mueller requesting a significant amount of information from the Department of Justice, it's clear the probe is setting it's sights on Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and Trump himself
• If you're wondering where Trump Campaign spokesperson Rudy Giuliani went, he apparently went to the Ukraine.  He's been hanging around with a pro-Russia, Ukranian official, linked to the Ukrainian clients Trump's former Campaign Chair Paul Manafort is linked to.  Nothing suspicious here...
  
• The House Republicans are using a stay at a Trump Hotel to lure donors, breaching the ethical lines across the board 
• Donald Trump Jr (Tweedle Dee) met with Alexander Torsion, a Russian banker with deep, close ties to Putin, at an NRA event four months before the election.  Trump's lawyers are downplaying the interaction, but, as always, this meeting with the Russians was previously undisclosed
• White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders decided to force the White House Press Corp to state what they were thankful for before they were able to ask a question of her.  It didn't go over too well, with April Ryan stating "I hope you feel the passion of my thankfulness." Cecilia Vega stated she was thankful for the 1st Amendment, with Sanders chiming in "I think we all are." Ryan responded "we're part of it though"
  
• The wife of Oakland Raiders coach Jack Del Rio blasted Trump for his continued NFL tweets, adding "I regret voting for you."
• Of Trump's nominees for US Attorneys (57 in total), only one has been African American, and only three have been female
• Secretary of State Rex Tillerson read off a well-meaning statement to honor Transgender Day of Remembrance, stating transgender people should not be discriminated against.  The sentiment was muted by Trump's two dozen anti-LGBT rulings since taking office
  
• Another person who was at the Trump Tower meeting was Roman Beniaminov, a Russian real estate agent returned manager.  He stated he was in the meeting to act as a translator, but was stunned when the meeting was not about what he was told it would be about (adoption) and in turn seemed to focus on "Hillary Clinton dirt"
• White House staff members are panicking as Mueller seems to be working through the staff quickly
• Elephant advocates are suing the Trump Administration over his potential easing of the ban against bringing in hunting trophies from Africa
  
• Carter Page, the Trump Campaign advisor Trump associates have dismissed as a low level flunky, was actually holding high level meetings with Hungarian officials about foreign policy during the campaign
• Former Senior Presidential Advisor Steve Bannon, a man who is supposed to have limited interactions with Trump since he left the White House, has apparently been directly lobbying Trump to prevent him from publicly criticizing Roy Moore
• Interior Department officials are frustrated they have to coordinate the travel schedule of the wife of Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke, Lolita Zinke.  No, the wife of the Interior Secretary is usually not afforded such a luxury from the Interior Department
  
• The Trump Foundation, his charitable organization, is being phased out to avoid conflicts of interest.  No word on the other family foundations currently operating
• The Department of Justice is apparently preparing an Antitrust lawsuit against AT&T to stop their merger with Time Warner.  This after the Trump administration was trying to get AT&T to sell CNN to Rupert Murdoch, the owner of Fox News, something AT&T refused to do
  
• Trump plans on re-designating North Korea as a state sponsor of terrorism
• White House Spokeswoman Kellyanne Conway has endorsed Roy Moore in Alabama, the insane judge who has repeatedly tried to sexually assault underage girls
  
• Privately, military leaders are furious with Trump over his constant threats of using nuclear weapons
• As Trump is trying to restart the coal and nuclear industry, a new study came to a stunning conclusion; it's now actually cheaper to use solar and wind power than it is to use coal and nuclear 
  
• FCC Chairman Ajit Pai now says he will push for a complete repeal of net neutrality
  
• Trump Economic Advisor Stephen Moore echoed a new rallying cry of the far right trying to get Roy Moore, the child sexual abuser, elected to the Senate.  Paraphrasing 'I'd rather have a known child molester in the Senate, and a 'pro-women's right to choose' person in there'
• Anthony Scott Lloyd, a vocal supporter of Trump, is being charged with threatening to kill Rep. Maxine Waters, after he was outraged she challenged Trump.  If the parties were switched, OF COURSE they'd be making an issue about this
• Presidential Advisor and Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner has a much larger problem.  While he was the publisher and owner of the New York Observer, the paper was routinely receiving e-mail correspondence from Wikileaks, and their boss Julian Assange.  Those communications were often printed in the paper, with Jared's consent, beginning in 2006 leading up to right before Trump was inaugurated.  As always, Kushner did not disclose this relationship prior to it being discovered
• A Federal Judge in California blocked an order from Trump to punish sanctuary cities by denying them grant money
• GOP Representative Dave Trott stated directly, Trump was a factor to his decision to retire and not run again
  
• LEADING FROM BEHIND! After a surprise visit to Moscow by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, Vladimir Putin stated he would let Trump know what they talked about after the visit was over
• Trump is selling a MAGA hat with Christmas lights on it.  Good news, he is absolutely bilking his supporters by charging them double, $45 (!!!), for a baseball cap
  
• Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced Trump's complete revamping of the welfare system, a revamping which will directly target some of his most ardent base, the white poor, would be unveiled at the beginning of next year
• Trump's nominee to oversee the US Census Bureau, Thomas Brunell, is an anti Democratic voter zealot, having repeatedly testified to limit the amount of votes Democrats can cast.  He believes "competitive elections are bad for America."
  
• Trump has tripled the amount of bombs he's dropped in Afghanistan, when compared to the previous year
• Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is being accused of violating a federal law designed to stop foreign militaries from enlisting child soldiers, the aptly names Child Soldiers Prevention Act.  A memo Tillerson wrote officially exempted Iraq, Myanmar and Afghanistan from the list of countries offending the Federal Act.  They all currently are in violation
  
• The US Government is beginning felony trials for 200 anti-Trump protestors from Inauguration Day, hoping to get decades of jail time for each suspect
• Trump is appealing to the Supreme Court to allow his travel ban to be bully enacted
• In a heartbreaking story, further remains of Sgt. La David Johnson are being returned to the United States,  I DO NOT THINK SOLDIERS DEATHS SHOULD BE POLITICIZED, but the point of this list to what would the Republicans be making a big deal out of if it was a Democratic President.  Of course they would
• Special Counsel Robert Mueller might be inching closer to First Daughter and White House staffer doing...something(?) Ivanka Trump, as revelations about her business alliances to fill up the Trump property in Panama, and the work she did on Trump Tower Baku in Azerbaijan, are getting closer scrutiny
  
• Trump reported to Vladimir Putin, and the two spoke for an hour about various issues.  Not many people get a full hour of Trump's time
• Trump's lawyers are playing down the seriousness of the Mueller investigation when they talk to Trump directly, in an effort to avoid Trump's rage
• Before Kellyanne Conway told the world she proudly supported perv Roy Moore in Alabama, she was apparently told to endorse him by Trump
  
• A second judge halts Trump's military transgender ban from being implemented
• LaVar Burton, Geordi La Forge from "Star Trek," and host of "Reading Rainbow," has been getting hammered on social media by dim witted morons who think he's the dad of the UCLA players (LaVar Ball) Trump is fighting with
  
• Trump did a de facto endorsement of Roy Moore, stating he had denied the allegations against him, and that he'd rather have a sicko perv who targeted teens for sex win that Senate seat than a Democrat
• Trump called the Democrat in the Alabama Senate race Doug Jones soft on crime, as he endorsed Roy Moore, a sicko perv who targeted teens for sex
  
• The annual pardoning of the turkeys took place at the White House, and Trump couldn't stop from making a comment about former President Obama.  He said he checked to see if he could un-pardon the turkeys from last year.  He laughed, but we all know he actually checked to see if he could do it
• Trump is pressuring First Daughter and White House staffer doing...something(?) Ivanka Trump and Presidential Advisor and Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner to return to New York City to get away from the growing scandal in his White House
  
• Presidential Advisor and Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner is being probed for his role in reaching out illegally to foreign leaders during the transition, and his efforts to influence the Obama Administration's vote on a UN resolution condemning Israel for continued expansion of settlements into Palestinian territories.  Obama's UN abstained from the vote, and the resolution passed in the UN
• During Trump's trip to Asia, some of his military personnel broke curfew and ended up having improper contact with foreign women. I guarantee the GOP would be making a big deal over this if it was  Democratic President
  
• A review of Presidential Advisor and Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner's email shows he likes smiley faces and exclamation points! 😀!!!
• Trump wants to appoint current White House Budget Director Mick Mulvaney to be the new Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  Only one slight problem, he can't.  It's illegal for him to do so, as the law states when the CFPB Director steps down, the Deputy Director takes over, and that appointment does not require Senate Confirmation 
• Whitefish Energy, the fraudulent Montana Energy Company with ties to the Trump Administration, who mysteriously got the Puerto Rico electrical grid rebuild contract, a contract filled with tons of cash giveaways, officially ended operations in Puerto Rico.  They are claiming to be owed $83 million
• 42 economists were asked if Trump's tax plan would grow the economy.  Only one said it would
  
• The Trump Campaign has stopped paying for Donald Trump Jr's legal expenses, and instead is going to create a separate legal fund for all staffers involved in the Russia investigation'
• From a Vanity Fair article: Presidential Advisor and Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner is concerned that Mueller investigation will get Trump
  
• A National Park gift shop, one in Virginia's Shenandoah National Park, was selling Trump wine, but insists the Federal Government had nothing to do with it, rather it was a local decision
  
• One of Trump's golf courses reimbursed The Trump Foundation after the Foundations was reported to have paid money to the Trump Golf Course to host a charitable event.  The Foundation was under investigation in New York, and hence shouldn't have spent the money anyway, but the whole 'Trump benefiting himself by having his charity take donation money and give it to his golf course' raised some eyebrows.  It was likely illegal
• White House Budget Director Mick Mulvaney's visitor logs were released and he's been busy.  He's met with multiple people from the ultra-conservative Heritage Foundation, from Wall Street and the Koch groups, plus casino magnet Steve Wynn, a cryptocurrency evangelist (???), and a member of the Catholic Group Opus Dei
  
• The war between the two biggest egos on the planet continues as Trump goes on an early morning Twitter tirade against father of a UCLA basketball player LaVar Ball.  Trump is apparently LIVID Ball is not on his knees thanking Trump for getting his son out of prison in China, after his son was caught shoplifting in that country.  Trump is unhinged about this.  His tweet goes on to praise his own benevolence in getting the younger Ball released, calling Ball and "Ungrateful fool!"  Ladies and Gentlemen, the President of the United States
  
• I will also point out Trump seems to be making racial comments about LaVar Ball, who is African American, calling him a "poor man's version of Don King, but without the hair." He adds the "fool" line, and implies Ball would be nowhere if his son was locked up in China and there was "no NBA contract to support you." Yes, this is a racial attack...
  
• Trump is seriously off his rocker about the Ball diss.  Conservative Host Joey Mannarino tied to agree with him, stating even though he hates Hillary, if she would've gotten his son out of prison in a foreign country, he'd be grateful.  Trump, only seeing Hillary mentioned, quote tweeted Mannarino and insisted he's just "Another Crooked Hillary Fan!", before deleting his unfocused rage a few minutes later
  
• It's pointed out Trump is beginning the Thanksgiving celebration by attacking a father of a basketball player, instead of dealing with a still reeling Puerto Rico, numerous natural disaster sites, and a country which has been broken by tragic mass shootings, amongst other things
• Trump also re-tweeted a reference to Hillary Clinton's "corrupt ass." Happy Thanksgiving!
• Presidential Advisor and Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner seems to be the main person who was pushing to have former FBI Director James Comey fired.  He repeatedly was pushing for the removal of Comey at numerous meetings with top officials in the months leading up to the firing
  
• Trump heads to Mar-A-Lago for a five day vacation (???) for the Thanksgiving Holiday.  As Trump insists he will be cutting back on frivolous government spending, this five day trip will cost tax payers at least $16 million dollars, likely closer to $20 million.  I hear Camp David is very nice...and far cheaper...
• One economist's analysis of the Trump tax plan comes to the conclusion that the entire purpose of the tax plan is to give the Trump family a massive tax break, and possibly even more, potentially leading to the Trump's receiving a massive tax payer money handout just because they're rich.  Everything else seems to be window dressing, hiding the main goal, Trump's personal benefit
• The White House said Trump would have a full work schedule while at Mar-A-Lago for the long weekend.  Trump is immediately photographed golfing
  
• White House Economic Advisor Gary Cohn, desperate to get off the phone with a Trump who just wouldn't shut up, faked a bad phone connection in order to get Trump to hang up
  
• After being sued under the Freedom of Information Act, the White House released Trump's White House visitor logs.  Immediately after taking office, he started a revolving door of Wall Street billionaires, corporate lobbyists and far right conservatives visiting him on a regular basis
• White House Chief of Staff John Kelly has dramatically pulled back on Presidential Advisor and Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner's roles in the White House, removing the avalanche of tasks Trump had put on his plate.  Due to Kushner falling out of favor, he might not even be safe with the limited current positions he holds
• One of the reasons Kelly is furious with Kushner is Kushner's surprise trip to Saudi Arabia, only a few days before the latest royal family purge.  Kushner was up late discussing an undisclosed subject with the Saudi Crown Prince days before the Crown Price started rounding up other royal family members.  It's suspected Kushner might've had a role in the purge, something the White House is denying
  
• Numerous resignations at the State Department as Trump has stymied attempts by the State Department's anti-Russian propaganda division to do their job.  "Nothing" is being done due to "incompetence" inside the Administration
• When White House Spokeswoman Kellyanne Conway campaigned against Doug Jones on the Fox News network, she engaged in political activity while being an Executive Branch employee.  That is against the law, via the Hatch Act.  An investigation is being encouraged
  
• CEO of JP Morgan Chase, Jamie Dimon, is already insisting there will be a new president in 2021
• It's pointed out Trump uses the phrase "very special" an insane amount of the time
• Trump is being accused of destabilizing the entire Middle East when he foolishly blurted out code-word protected Israeli intelligence to Russian officials in the Oval Office.  The damage reported behind the scenes due to Trump's blabby mouth is quite extensive
  
• The Mueller Probe is looking into another business associate of former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, Bijan Kian
• For the second time since he came into office, Trump has had to pull a name off of one of his hotels because it was struggling.  The first was the one in Toronto, and now the Trump SoHo in NYC is being stripped of it's failing Trump affiliation
• The Moscow Bureau Chief for The Guardian newspaper Luke Harding has pieced together a incredible web of links between Russia and Trump, with the Russians targeting Trump decades ago.  He shared his discovery on NPR
• Apparently Russian politicians arranged champaign parties to celebrate the election of Trump, proudly proclaiming "Trump is our president."
  
• Former White House staffers, including Steve Bannon and Sebastian Gorka. have failed to file the required disclosure forms they were supposed to while at the White House
• Senator Chris Coons wants a Senate hearing into the abrupt resignation of Dana Boente, the US attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.  Coons is concerned Boente might have been told to resign by Trump in the wake of the charges bing filed by Mueller, considering his resignations was completely unexpected and coincided with the Mueller charges being announced
• For as much as he uses Twitter, Trump doesn't seem to understand what happens when you click on certain things.  He was clearing reading the coverage of the Washington Post criticizing his racial feud with African Americans in the realm of athletics and he hit 'new tweet', linking his comment to the Washington Post story.  Trump's response to being called out for his clear racial comments was a rage induced 'MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!' That's the phrase he screams when he's rightly being called out for his bigotry
  
• At the UN, the United States was one of only three countries (Ukraine and Palau) who voted against condemning Nazis
  
• Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos and the Education Department are proposing to dramatically scale back civil rights investigations into schools, instead focusing complaints on individuals as opposed to general complaints.  Example: they will no longer look into discrimination against African Americans as a whole, but if a caucasian feels there were denied access to a college because a black person 'took their place' the Department of Education will investigate
  
• Trump started his Thanksgiving by praising himself on Twitter, leaving the distinct impression the one thing all Americans should be most thankful for this holiday season is Trump
  
• Trump (OF COURSE) used his Thanksgiving address to the troops to bash former President Obama, by insisting all of their success is because he has allowed them to do more
• Reminder: If Obama EVER tried to take credit for something the troops had done, a litany of Conservatives would have immediately chastised him for trying to 'hog the glory'
• Trump also used the Thanksgiving salute to the troops to attack the media, complaining the call was being monitored by the press.  He pulled out his reality show catch phrase "I will say: 'You're Fired,' and by the way, Happy Thanksgiving."  He thought this was appropriate for his Thanksgiving salute to the troops
  
• Former Trump Campaign Manager and Indicted Guy Paul Manafort's flight schedule shows far more contacts with Russia than previously mentioned.  18 times Manafort was in Moscow and was constantly in touch with Putin allies on many of those trips 
• Reminder: Republicans accused former President Obama of vacationing too much.  Trump has spent a third, A THIRD of his time in office vacationing at one of his privately held vacation/resort/golf properties
• Retired Lt. General Mark Hurtling called Trump's grandstanding 'salute' to the troops insulting, pointing out the only thing the troops want to hear on Thanksgiving is 'Thank You."  I can attest, as a veteran, he's correct
  
• Trump on Thanksgiving served sandwiches to members of the Coast Guard near Mar-A-Lago.  He went on an unbelievably strange rant about various things.  "The Coast Guard always respected, but if you're looking at it as a brand, there's no brand that went up more than the Coast Guard with what happened in Texas" (no mention of the other hurricanes) "I still haven't figured out how people take their boats out into a hurricane.  Someday you'll explain it." "Should we leave the media here to do the questions or should we tell the media? It's Thanksgiving, let's let the media stay." "The press I know doesn't have any questions.  If you do, we won't take them but that's already.  The press has plenty of questions." "Were ordering a lot of planes...which is like an invisible fighter?...How good is the plane?...I said but in a fight.  You know in a fight, like I see in the movies." Talking about selling other countries military equipment: "When we sell to other countries, even if they're allies you never know about an ally.  An ally can turn, you're going to find that out.  But I always say make lives a little bit better.  Give it that extra speed, a little bit - keep a little bit - keep about 10% in the bag.  We have - nobody has what we have."  Ladies and gentlemen, the President of the United States
  
• Billy Baldwin claims Trump crashed his party years ago and tried hard to pick up his wife, Chynna Phillips, former singer from Wilson Phillips.  She had him thrown out
• The New York Times has a bombshell report out which hints there's clear evidence that Robert Mueller's investigation might have flipped former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.  Flynn's defense lawyers have contacted Trump's legal team and have told him they could no longer discuss the special investigation with them
  
• The celebrities First Daughter and White House staffer doing...something(?) Ivanka Trump follows on social media are using their platform to encourage her to push her father for a clean Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Bill (DACA, The Dreamers Act) by the end of the year

• Michael Flynn is likely in trouble for perjury and tax evasion, as the Mueller probe is focusing on his pro-Turkey work
• Trying to fight off a legal challenge Trump quickly announced White House Budget Director Mick Mulvaney is the acting Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Agency, even though Trump is not supposed to appoint the director.  The language is pretty clear the outgoing director appoints the next director.  This is setting up a legal fight

That statement is now being used in attack ads against Moore, and Daddy's not happy.  Trump wants the pervert in the Senate 
• Trump's now trying to convince everyone the Access Hollywood tape which features numerous statements which crossed the line, like "grab them by the p-ssy," is a fake.  Reminder, the reason we had the entire 'locker room talk' discussion is because Trump had insisted the tape was real, but it was only 'locker room talk'
• Trump's war with CNN grew even larger.  Trump took to Twitter to criticize everyone who watches CNN worldwide.  He accused CNN and CNN International of being '(Fake) news,' and how they represent the US poorly, saying they're not saying factual things.  He also took the time to insist Fox News was "Much more important"

• Reports are Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is specifically not sending diplomats with First Daughter and White House staffer doing...something(?) The FCC is about to destroy Net Neutrality, the Trump Tax Bill will screw over most Americans, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is about to stop caring about consumers, the current EPA is a joke, the courts are getting stocked with incompetent boobs, and our international standing is far closer to North Korea than it is to Sweden.  And there are about 500 other scandals which SHOULD'VE BEEN THE END OF HIS PRESIDENCY!  And Puerto Rico...
